In anticipation of the release of Frozen 2 on DVD, Anna and Elsa are coming to the library to share stories and songs, play a Frozen 2 game, and take photos with the party guests. Mini-cupcakes and lots of Frozen books to check out. For Frozen fans of all ages. Registration required.
