Community Connections, a FREE program with Montgomery County’s Department of Health and Human Services, is coming to the Elkins Park Free Library. Community Connections Navicates can help you navigate the human services system, better understand what resources and services are available to you, and make referrals to organizations and programs that best address your needs. Navicates can assist with clothing, childcare/ELRC, food, housing, transportation, mental health, public benefits, developmental disabilities and more. You can drop in during the scheduled hours or call ahead to make an appointment to meet with a Navicate.
